Peer Observation
The teachers at Narrabeen Lakes participate in the Classroom Practice, Peer Observation. This involves teachers collaborating on lesson plans, observing teaching styles and reflecting on classroom practice in an objective and non-judgemental way. This affords teachers the opportunity to gain feedback, share ideas and discuss challenges and concerns. The common goal of all classroom observations is to improve the quality of teaching and learning.
