The school's Environment Club teacher, Mrs Mayo, has developed vegetable gardens with a sustainability aspect, which have gone on to win awards and gain grants for their sustainability. The children are so enthusiastic to get involved with the gardens that we have formed a Garden Club which meets on a casual drop-in basis every Monday during lunch. Here all volunteer gardeners are welcome. The children share the fun of planting, tending to, and harvesting the fruits of their labour!
